Goal! Relay Race
Have a family relay race! It might be running, crab-walking, hopping, or somersaulting – you choose. Set a time goal for your team, and race against the clock. Can you improve your time? What can your team do to go faster? Part of this activity is setting a family goal. It’s important to set family goals for daily living too. When you are done racing, sit down and talk with your family about the importance of goals. Ask them: What are some goals that we have in our family? Write down a few goals to pursue together. Revisit your goals in a couple of weeks to see if you’re living on track. Think of ways you can help one another to reach goals.
